Why I'll NEVER Diet Again

You read that right...N E V E R. I do realize that I am a pretty small person overall, but just because I'm a size 2/4 doesn't mean that I haven't suffered immensely when it comes to my body. I recently did my first LIVE video on my eating disorder past, why I think it happened, and how the addiction changed from one thing to another.     Yeah, I'm talking to you. This is coming from a 29 year old tv addicted girl who loves all things cheese and gluten. Six weeks ago I chose to give up dairy and gluten for my health. I've always had digestive problems but getting to the bottom of them and actually doing something about them was always on the bottom of my to-do list. You know that to-do list that never actually gets done, yeah, it was on that list. I always knew something wasn't quite right but I never could put my finger on it. I can't believe that I'm already SIX weeks into this journey to better health. Overall health has always been my biggest goal,...
