  Three years ago I was preparing to stand on stage in a bikini. I was less than a month out from my first (and last) bodybuilding competition. For 12 weeks I did an extreme diet that consisted only of broccoli, tilapia, chicken, plain oatmeal, peanut butter (if I was LUCKY), very very lean ground beef and egg whites. For the majority of those weeks I was eating under 1000 calories a day. I did fasted cardio for 45 minutes to an hour each morning. Fasted meaning with no food in my system. Happy Holi Festival

Have you guys ever heard of the Happy Holi Festival? I hadn't either until today. I opened up my canva app to make a graphic for social media and there it was, tons of images full of bright colors and the Holi Festival. Ps, if you don't already use Canva, you're missing out. It's a free graphic template app/ website and it's amazing! If you're not already using it, you should get on it. I use it to create almost all of my graphics for social media. Why it's okay to get fired

      Ever been fired? Pretty disheartening isn't it? Makes you feel like you're less than worthy. Sometimes we take a new job and a new path because we think it's going to be different. Eventually it all ends up the same. We sit at a desk day after day thinking this time it will bring us closer to what we think is right for our lives. The truth is, we'll never know the exact path God wants for us. We have to be the ones who trust our intuitions and do what we think is right.
